This year, SkillScape evolves into a new format through its integration with Future Talent Forum Malta – SkillScape Global.
Building on SkillScape’s role as Malta’s national platform for dialogue on skills, workforce development and lifelong learning, the 2026 edition expands into an international forum that brings together global expertise, strategic partnerships and practical insight on preparing people and systems for the future.
At a time of rapid technological, economic and demographic change, organisations and countries are increasingly challenged to prepare people, institutions and systems to adapt, evolve and thrive in uncertainty. The forum will explore workforce challenges linked to skills, adaptability, AI, lifelong learning and organisational resilience.
